Who am I?
Let me start by assuming something about you. You already know I'm a data professional. You might know I get excited about biological data because of its enormous scale and difficulty.

Yes, but who am I?

My first job was as a bike mechanic and I like to think I'm not too far removed from that person; maybe I'm a little wiser. I still approach problems from a systems viewpoint. I like to partner with people toward a common goal and help others articulate their own needs, especially when it's hard. I pride myself most on treating others with dignity and patience. I approach problems differently than most, and have a deep need to be challenged.

For many, statistics and data analysis are arcane arts, incomprehensible and terrible. They're not though. That's where "speaking your language" comes into play. I'm here to make it easy. We can work together to reach your goals. I'm always available to talk.
